Yale University´s Genocide Studies Program has a department devoted to research about the Rwandian genocide. The project´s web page includes a link to a "preliminary beta version" of a Rwandan Genocide Victims Database that in time of writing includes 42 names. I expect this database to be more comprehensive in the future and I will monitor the development on this database project.
