The Free Generation Movement is according to their website a "NGO made up of independent activists working towards the development and progression of Libya and Libyan society". They provide a database of missing persons after the Libyan 2011 revolution called Project: Mafqood (scroll down and click the tab "View MAFQOOD Database" to see the names), and aim to compile list of martyrs killed in the revolution.

"MAFQOOD is a team of dedicated volunteers that work on compiling photographs and information of all those that went missing all over our beloved Libya, and placing them into a centralised database.
Our goal is to assist families in finding emotional stability and peace of mind by supporting them find closure about their loved ones.
If you know a missing person, please visit our website and fill out the online form, or contact us on the numbers indicated below to inquire about the availability of hard copy forms at the nearest location to you."
